To: Team Coach From: Bulldog Interactive Fitness As the Coach of a sports team we would like to offer your team the opportunity of experiencing what Bulldog Interactive Fitness has to offer you and your players. Our mission at Bulldog is to promote and provide fun activities to Children/Youth ages 7+, regardless of their Fitness or Ability level. Bulldog isn’t just a Gym for Kids; it’s a place where Self-Esteem and Well-Being is our primary focus. We are writing to you with the anticipation that you might use us as a destination spot for dry land training, team building activities or simply as a place for your players to have some away time from their particular sport. We are confident that you are as concerned about the Health and Wellness of our Children/Youth as much as we are, considering you are so giving of your time. Parents, care givers, teachers, care workers, coaches, physicians, employers and others who refer or bring a Child to Bulldog can rest assured that they will be treated with genuine respect by our trained Staff. Whether the Child is a rising young athlete or simply needs to be more active, Bulldog has activities for everyone! We’re dedicated to improving the Health and Well-Being of our Children by creating an environment that fosters good health, confidence, friendships and fun. PS2 exercise bikes, dance pads, hydraulic circuit equipment, Wii, dodgeball, EyeToy, ball hockey, basketball, AND our WORLD famous Treadwall...all at Bulldog Interactive Fitness. We make working out feel like Child’s Play! In conjunction with team sports, the benefits of exercise and active living for Children/Youth are enormous; reduced risk of type 2 diabetes, better sleeping patterns, better concentration and focus at school and while learning; stronger bones and muscles; weight loss; an increase in self-esteem; better able to cope with day to day challenges and stress; only to mention a few. We have had several sports teams visit us and all report that they enjoyed themselves immensely and wouldn’t hesitate in coming again...which they did. We are confident that your players and parents will appreciate you “mixing up” the team’s training program with the intent of ensuring their team has the most enjoyable and fun season ever.
